Shipping & Return Policy – Booster Boxes

• In-Stock Products Only: We only sell products that are in hand and ready to ship. No pre-orders or pre-sales.

• Packaging & Care: All our products are packaged securely because we know your cards are precious to you - what matters to you, matters to us! 

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Urban delivery: Within 7-9 business days

  • Rural delivery: Within 7-9 business days

• Courier Service: As a small local business, we trust Pass the Parcel Couriers for reliable delivery within New Zealand.

• Order Confirmation: Once you've received your order confirmation email, your order will be processed for shipping.

• Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change of mind or don't pull the cards you want.
  
  If your item arrives damaged, or you have concerns about your order please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to make things right - this may mean offer of credit, refund or exchange.
