Frequently asked questions
We take care to pack all items securely but cannot control what happens during transit. Once your order has been shipped, it is the courier’s responsibility to deliver it safely. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide support to you, please contact us within 48 hours (with photos) and contact the courier directly to make a claim.
Japanese card prices change frequently due to demand, availability, and currency exchange rates. Our prices reflect current market conditions at the time of listing, and we do our best to keep them competitive. Please note that prices may go up or down over time, and we cannot adjust past purchases.
Please refer to our shipping and returns policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if we make an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change of mind or don't pull the cards you want.
